Obituary of John Robert Krass

John Robert Krass, age 86, is survived by his wife, Angela, of 50 1/2 years; son Robert (Pam) of Ashburn, VA; son Steven (Erin) of Royersford, PA; grandsons Brendan and Aidan. Also surviving are his two sisters; Virginia (Vic) Chlaupek of Naples, FL and Marilyn (Vic) Kallit of Stuart, FL and his two sisters-in-law; Rosie (John) Apen of Stuart, FL and Felicia Skelly of Bangor, PA. As well as 7 nieces and nephews. 

He was an avid model builder, train enthusiast and lover of classical music with great interest in military history and British sitcoms. Another big hobby was genealogy research. He enjoyed gardening, traveling and wood working. 

Family will receive guests on Wednesday, January 10 from 5:00p.m. - 8:00p.m. at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden St., Herndon, VA.  Service will be Thursday, January 11, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Herndon.
