To the Thielen and Raleigh families, So sorry to hear the sad news. Until last fall I hadn't seen Jeanne since we were kids when she was living on 94th street and I was in Staten Island. I feel fortunate that last October another cousin's wedding in Herndon brought us together. I had the opportunity not only sit and chat and laugh with Jeanne, but to meet her daughter and husband. Jeanne was so gracious and friendly....like I just walked into the house on 94th Street! She was interested in catching up on everyone's news. My mom and brother Danny and I appreciated seeing her since it had been ages. We talked about Grandma Raleigh and Jeanne gave us a family history lesson. I can't say enough how much that meant to us, even more so now. I hope you can find comfort in each other, in God and in your memories of Jeanne for all her warmth, humor and kindness.
