Obituary of Henry B. Lewis

Henry B. Lewis, age 81, of Sterling, VA, on July 15, 2007, beloved husband of 61 years to Eileen Lewis; loving father of Karen Lewis Pullen, Gayle Lewis Sisler and Larry Lewis; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Henry was active in Vienna Pigtail/Ponytail League as Coach, Manager and Director; served on the Board of Vienna Aquatic Club in the early 1960's. Henry retired from the U.S. Post Office in 1972 (during his employment he was very active and held several positions in the U.S. American Postal Workers Union). He was a veteran of World War II and fought in the Battle of the Bulge. He was a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. Inurnment at Arlington National Cemetery, Thursday, August 16, 2007 at 2pm. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Capital Hospice, 209 Gibson Street, NW, Suite 202, Leesburg, VA 20176. Adams-Green Funeral Home, Herndon is in charge of arrangements.
