I was a pastor of a local church in Camden, North Carolina, near the Church of the Redeemer. Rickie and I enjoyed prayer and fellowship with each other and other local pastors. We also collaborated together on outreach to our community and had joint worship services. Praying for Hank and the family during this time of grief.
I was Rickie’s Sr Warden at Church of the Good Shepherd. She brought an energy and amazing joy to our little church. I loved her sermons, her wisdom and Rickie herself. Job well done sweet servant of our Lord, go in Peace.
I knew Rickie from childhood and we went all through school together and graduated together. She was a lovely woman and a good friend during the school years I lost touch with her after school but I had always heard how she had done so well. I'm glad she had a life with the Lord and is on her way to be with him. My sincere condolences to the family
Those of us, who knew Rickie in Bethel, Connecticut, are saddened by the news of her loss. Way back then, she was a friend to many and fun to be with in those years.
Being a friend of hers then was a pleasure and she will be missed.
