I was a patients of Dr Saunders for almost 12 years before I returned to KY in 2016. I have struggled to find a Dr here that even comes close to what a wonderful physician Dr Saunders was. I looked him up tonight just to see if he was still in Lansdowne and I am so very saddened to learn of his passing, If his family is still reading the posts on this site, I am so sorry for your loss and if his kindness is still so remembered by someone like me, I can't imagine the impact this wonderful man had on the world as a whole. You set the bar high Sir.

I was shocked only today to learn of the passing of Dr. Saunders, whom I considered to be an excellent doctor, an incredible human being, and above all a friend. While visiting him for my annuals we shared good family stories, personal events and enjoy a good laugh each and every time. I was his patience for over 15 years of his professional practice and enjoyed every minute of it. I regret that only now I came to learn of his passing. My condolences to his family he adored. He was a proud husband, a caring and devoted father and a great physician. Loving, caring and compassionate were his trades.
I miss you dear Dr. Saunders - I miss our annuals visits, and your humble and caring personality. May God be merciful with you and allow you to enter His kingdom to enjoy His eternal peace.
No funny English foods in heaven, please!

To the family of Bob, I sincerely send my condolences. I corresponded with him on the purchase of the Harley Davisdon that he loved to ride. I promise to ride the bike and care for it like he did. I am honored to own the same bike that he rode. His friends and family are in my prayers.

Dr Saunders was an amazing, Loving Dr. He was awesome doctor who truly cared about his patients. I'm truly saddened by his passing. My mom (Arline) and I send our deepest condolences to his family. He was angel on this Earth. We will never forget him.

Andy and I were so saddened to learn of Dr. Saunders’ passing. He was such a wonderful doctor who really cared about his patients. We especially appreciated his coming to visit Andy in the hospital in May of 2018. He will be sorely missed.

I still remember my birthday spent with you taking me to Disney for the first time...I remember the plane ride and sitting on your shoulders because I could not see the parade.
I remember every Disney film you sent me in the post.
Me and grandad had many afternoons of fun watching those.
You have been taken too soon.
A kind generous man who lived for his children, a kind man that would never turn family away.

Bob.....Know that you are missed and loved. It has been so hard to lose you to the battle, at high point for a brief few hours after such a long wait.
