I have just learned about the death of my great friend Wil Lepkowski. I always refer to him as 'The Gazelle'. We shared an interest in running when we were at Ohio State. At that time Wil was working at Chemical Abstracts, and researching for an MS in Biochemistry. One beautiful Summer day as we set out to run over the playing fields at OSU, Wil said "I feel like a Gazelle today", and I ascribed the term to him ever since. Another great running companion of ours then, Roger Hahn also died at about the same age as Wil. I am greatly saddened at his loss. We last met a few years ago in the Lake District of England, and I fondly remember the occasion. Wil feared it would be our last meeting. I had hoped we would have more. Wil was an excellent spiritual man. He will rest in peace, and I will always communicate spiritually with him.
