I had the pleasure of working with Joe way back in the day at DMA which later morphed into NIMA and is now NGIA. I consider myself honored to be able to say we were good friends and co-workers. I will miss Joe. My best wishes for the family. Mike it was a real joy to talk to you and enjoy all the anecdotes about Joe. He was a remarkable individual.

Joe was a very talented and hard working tech. He installed new equipment in our communication center, Yaoundé, Cameroon when I was the Officer in Charge 69-72. We enjoyed having Joe in our home for meals. Condolence to his family.
