Obituary of Matthew Tyler Soliah

Matthew Tyler Soliah, 41, of Herndon, VA, passed away suddenly on the 7^th of August 2019 in Boston, MA.  Born in Minnesota on October 13^th, 1977, he was the son of Glen and Barbara (Maxwell) Soliah.  He was married to Jennifer (Bauer) Soliah and had a son, Evan. 

Matthew graduated from his alma matter, the University of Florida, with a degree in Computer Information Systems in 2000, and devoted his life to family, friends, and service to his country over a 23-year career which included overseas assignments to Poland, Austria, and Germany. He shared a deep passion for sports with his son, and was often seen on the sidelines of Evan’s activities, as well as at professional sporting events.  Matthew will be most missed for his dry wit and profound compassion for family, friends, and colleagues.

In addition to his parents, wife, and son, he is survived by his sisters, Megan and Tiffany, his father- and mother-in-law Chris and Terry, his sister-in-law Jill, her husband Matt, and their daughter Teddy.   He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and many life-long friends. 

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 12:30 PM on Saturday, August 17th, 2019 at Adams-Green Funeral Home in Herndon, VA. A private interment will follow at Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Herndon.
