Obituary of Sandra Horowitz

Loving mother Sandra Horowitz, 91, of Reston, Virginia, passed away on the 30th day of August, 2019 at her home on Moorings Dr attended to by her son Leslie. 

Born in Tokyo, Japan on February 8, 1928, her father was a lawyer.   She married the late Milton W. Horowitz in Japan and moved to the states in 1966.  They raised two sons, Arnold and Leslie, and one daughter, Helen.  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by daughter Helen and her brother Shinichi Mitoma.

On Thursday September 5, Sandra will be interred at the Culpeper National Cemetery at the gravesite of Milton and Helen where the family will pay its last respects.
