So very sad to find-out about Tracy's passing. I knew her in high school. She was a sweet, smart, & beautiful girl.

We have all lost a dear friend and colleague. Tracy was a trusted confidant. She shared her knowledge and experience with all and provided a example of a true professional who led by example. She will be missed.
If there is a God he surely collects the souls of friends and loved ones we have lost and provides a way to keep them in our hearts and minds. While never enough, I trust this provides some comfort to all of us in this time of loss.

Tracy was a smart and kind colleague and collaborator. I still can't believe she is gone. I've had the pleasure of working with Tracy over the years in various roles and on various projects, and always admired her talent and great work and her commitment to advancing climate and clean energy policy. Most recently, Tracy was working with our Georgetown Climate Center and the 13 Transportation & Climate Initiative jurisdictions we serve. We and our TCI colleagues shared a moment of silence in Tracy's honor at a recent workshop and heard reflections of her former colleague Joe Kruger. We will all miss her very much and appreciate her sharing her time and talent with us. Sending our heartfelt condolences to Tracy's family and friends. Tracy's contributions to climate and energy policy and her generous spirit will live on, and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her.
Warm regards,
Vicki Arroyo

Please accept my condolences. I worked with Tracy for over seven years at the Bipartisan Policy Center. We frequently traveled together and she spoke often of her daughter, Sarah, and of her sister. Tracy was a strong, focused woman, a loving mother, a witty friend, and a strategic analyst. She made important contributions on energy policy. She will be missed.

I am very much saddened by this news. Tracy was a strong analyst and kind person and I remember her especially for her friendliness and consistency of temperament. She worked with me as a summer intern twenty years ago and over the years she taught me a great deal. My condolences to the family. I will miss her.

I knew Tracy when she was attending the University of Texas and was impressed by her kindness, sense of humor, and generosity of spirit. It's no secret that Tracy was smart as a whip, and I fondly remember the long hours we spent debating anything and everything. Tracy will be sorely missed by those of us who were fortunate enough to know her, however briefly. My heart goes out to her extended family.

Tracy was such a great person. I worked with her closely for several years on the report of the National Commission on Energy Policy. Super smart and no nonsense. But also so kind and easy to connect with. She made me happy to come in to work (and I loved coming back to visit). I will miss her. My sincere condolences to her family.

My sincerest condolences to Tracy's family, friends, and loved ones. I loved this woman so much. She was brilliant, funny, strong, caring, and a beautiful person inside and out. She was my first supervisor after graduating from grad school and took a chance on me and I will forever thank her for that. I will never forget the advice she gave me, the funny conversations, and just having someone who "gets" me. I love you, Tracy.
