Obituary of Cinderella Collins

Cinderella Davis Collins, 77, of 13430 Coppermine Rd., Herndon, VA went to live with her Heavenly Father on Friday November 1, 2019.  Born and raised in Washington, D.C. with her parents Elmer and Helen Burke Davis.  She was the second oldest of nine children.  Cindy loved and lived her life to its fullest.  She enjoyed painting, cooking, sewing, literature, music, performing arts, film, crafts, bingo and vacations but her most treasured joy of all was the time she spent with family and friends.  She will be greatly missed.  She is survived by 2 daughters, Peggy Richards Coolidge and Laura Welsh Holmes (Francis).  She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; John Coolidge, Kandi Welsh, Lisa Elam, Sarah Elam Derek Hillary (Dominique) and Kayla Hillary. 3 great grandchildren; Amber Coolidge, Jaylynn Hillary and Troy Hillary. 3 brothers; Donald Davis (Lana), Wayne Davis (Felicia) and William Davis (Sue). 2 sisters; Karen Davis Jones and Doris Davis Harr.

The family will receive friends on Friday November 15, 2019 from 5 to 8 pm at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden St, Herndon, VA  20170 where services will be held Saturday at 11am.  Burial will follow at National Memorial Park.
