Frank and I enjoyed getting to know the Malans these past few years while attending Al & Marcia's annual Christmas party, and we'll miss Rusty's mischievious smile this December. What a wonderfully long life she had, and beautiful, large family to keep her memory alive. Our thoughts, prayers and deepest sympathy go out to all those that loved & knew her, of which there are many.

Back in the day, the Malan's were like my 2nd family, which means, Mr. and Mrs. Malan were like my 2nd set of parents.. They have taken in so many and shared their love with so many over the years. I have no doubt Rusty will be missed by ALOT of people. My love goes to everyone in the family. Take one day at a time! With love, Mimi and her boys

Dear Mr. Malan, How saddened we are to hear of "Grandma Malan's passing. She(and you)were always so pleasant to our family. Potomac Falls soccer games were that much more fun as we were able to share them with you both while Lauren and Ashleigh played their hearts out. You both were always so kind and friendly to us and our girls. You have a wonderful family and we offer you our warmest thoughts and prayers now and always. Tim, Gail, Ashleigh and Lindsay Snook
