I met Julia once and she left an indelible mark! She had a zest for life, loved her family and work. She had a lovely sense of humour and pleasant demeanour. Her smile was like sunshine in a dark room. May you rest in peace dear Julia.

It was my pleasure to have Julia as a student (3rd grade at Forest Edge). She was smart and funny. I remember her having a fierce spirit - passionate, loyal and unafraid. She will be greatly missed. I feel honored to have known her! May her love and sweet spirit live on in those she’s left behind. My prayers are with her family and friends.

Working out at the gym is not something most people look forward to but Julia always greeted me with warmth and genuine cheer and chirped: "have a great workout". She never stopped moving, cleaning, and was quick to greet everyone with her smile and charm. She could make a difference in the day of anyone who was lucky enough to cross her path and I was so happy she joined our team because hospitality was right up her alley. Julia was free with smiles, open withe her appreciation for people, and genuine with her concern and hope. She was the type who is happy for other people's good fortune and always wiling to share her own joy with others. Everyone describes her the same way: as someone with a glowing light inside. Clients gushed over her and it's understandable that she was loved by so many. The world truly is darker without her here. I hope that her family can find solace in knowing how deeply loved she was and is and how her memory lives on with the sparkle and shimmer that was Julia's smile because it permeated and touched everyone's heart.

I had the pleasure of teaching this lovely girl during her years at Mt. View ALC. She was easily one of the smartest students in class and I believed would go on to achieve great things.My heart breaks at this awful news.

I had the privilege to hire Julia at the hotel where she was one of our star front desk agents. She was truly a genuine caring person and so full of compassion, life and love. There will be a huge hole left in my heart and she will be missed by all of her co-workers. We used to joke that we were cousins when I would wear my hair curly for the day. I will always remember her infectious laugh and brilliant smile. May happy memories comfort you and bring you peace.

You were and still remain the heaveynest within my heart,the laughter upon my ears and the shine to my eyes .You will always remain that special "pretend" daughter on the streets and with work at Staybridge. I love you and miss you so much. Your words will always stay with my ears and excitment within the days knowing we shall meet again. Every single thing we did, we did together. From the time I met you (we were 18, you were 17) we were inseparable. Everyone knew that if they saw me, they knew you weren’t far. My best memory of you was how we loved each other so much we never fought or ever separated. I will never be the same but from now on everything I do I will do for you. I will have a seat especially for you at my wedding next February. I miss you to the moon and back and I cannot wait to reunite with my other half. Until then, Rest In Peace to my baby girl Julia E.
