Francie, It was with great sadness that I read of Bill's passing. As you may recall, I have known Bill for many years, both as a friend and as a professional. We both served our profession on the Board of Directors of the MACPA together, and I followed him as the President of the Capital Area Chapter of the MACPA. Additionally, I also surprised him on the wonderful night that he was raised as a Master Mason in the Ashburn Lodge. He was a great and generous person and a genuine nice guy. He will be missed by many people, myself included. I wish you and your family my sincere condolences and best wishes. May God bless all of you.
