I served on the Board of Directors of Harford Habitat for Humanity (now Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna) with Mike while he was President, later becoming his Vice President, then succeeding him as President. Mike was a great mentor, a kind person, extremely efficient, very smart, always well-prepared, just an all-around great person. Mike demonstrated every day what a commitment to service for others looks like. My prayers are with the family, and I am honored to have known and worked with Mike.
