Lana and family, Our heart felt condolences, We were on the road to Florida when Judy saw the very sad news. I first meet Joe when I was getting ready to leave Greece and he was coming in to replace me. I still remember thinking.... does he ever stop asking questions. :) Then as you know the table was turned several years later when we ended up at Hq and he was a branch chief and I was his deputy. It was very good to get to know and work with him. I'll always remember his humor great memory.

My Deepest Sympathy to Lana and the Children and the rest of Joe’s Family. Looking back to when Rod & Gail Jeter met Joe Francis in February 1975 we clicked and was like family to each other! Years had past by, however our cross would pass from time to time and Rod and I would pass Joe in the halls for a quick chat. Now Joe and Rod has departed from us all and we just need to remember all the years we had with them!!!!
