Obituary of Jane McWane Willie

Jane McWane Willie of Sterling, Va passed away to be with the Lord on February 15, 2020. She was 92 and a resident of the INOVA Loudoun Nursing & Rehab Ctr. 

Jane was born in Lynchburg, Va on 6/9/1927 to Clyde William and Luna Pace McWane. She was married to Charles B Willie on 9/27/1947 and happily for 47 years until he passed away on 1/10/1993. Throughout, they raised 5 children and were blessed with 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was not only a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law and grandmother she was a dear friend to those that crossed her path.

She was preceded in death by her husband, the love of her life, Charles B Willie and darling daughter, Karen Pace Willie. She is survived by her children, Kathleen Marchessault, Michael Willie (Linda), Kim Willie-Murphy (Ed), Kelly White (Chaz), Kristine Hrbacek (Mark), her sister Diane McWane, 12 grandchildren, Paige Alfaro (Jeff), Paul Marchessault, Kristen Willie, Lesleigh Willie (Ritchie Hannas), Scott Willie (Meg), Charlie Wood, Karen Wood, Calvin White, John Kyle White, Tyler White, Michael Alvarez and Kara Jane Donaldson and 3 great-grandchildren, Samantha Alfaro (Mitch Weber), Jeffrey Alfaro and Gunner Marchessault. 

A memorial service will be held Saturday 02/22/20 from 4-5pm at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden St, Herndon, Va 20170. The family will begin  receiving visitors at 3:30pm. The family requests in lieu of flowers donations may be made in her honor to the INOVA Loudoun Nursing & Rehab Ctr in Leesburg, Va.
