Linda was such a kind soul with a beautiful smile and disposition. She was a strong woman who offered her wisdom and advice to those who needed it. I’m planting this tree which is symbolic of Linda; strong, protective and full of life. I miss you my friend!

Linda and Bill Poteat posted a condolence
Sunday, February 23, 2020
When hearing about Linda's passing, I was so very stunned Linda was one of those people I thought would be around for a very long time. When I belonged to the Elks I always looked forward to seeing her when she worked, She always had such a radiant beautiful smile And I felt like she was just someone that was very involved with her family and loved ones. last time I saw her was about 4yrs ago' She stopped to talk to me in the parking lot of Giant.
Linda you will be so very missed, My heart is broken as so many others are and You WILL be missed beyond anyone I can think of that I met at the ELKs.
I hope to see you again when my time comes. You were the best.
Linda Poteat

I will miss her greatly. She had a huge heart and loved everyone. My first memories of her is at the old Elks Lodge. I go in after work and she was there. I didn't know her and she look so much like her sister I kept calling her Cally. Well that didn't last but 2 days. She said no more beer until I called her by her right name. That started our great friendship.. God bless you until we meet again young lady. Love you
