Dan worked from 2003 to 2006 in my Verizon Northern Virginia Cable Maintenance Group - in the Herndon, then Manassas and finally the Haymarket crew in an effort to get closer to his home in Front Royal. He kept in touch with me even after I retired in 2007 and I most recently heard from him just prior to this past Thanksgiving. He was always great with customers and I received many, many written commendations from his "people"! I am so sorry to hear of his sudden illness and passing. I want his family to know he always tried to please and did highly productive, highly technical and high quality work during his career with the Telephone Company.
