Obituary of Sharon E. Hohn

Sharon Cayer-Hohn passed away peacefully on March 3, 2020. 

Sharon was an adamant protector of the innocent and went far beyond expectations in her professional capacity as a social worker.  Sharon grew up in Marcellus, NY graduated from Bishop Luden High School and SUNY Brockport.

Sharon is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Hohn; son, Brett Cayer; Sister, Ginger Cayer-Sudillo; brother Ted Cayer; grandsons, Holden and Jonah; along with many nieces and nephews.   She is loved and will be greatly missed.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:30 AM on Friday, March 6, 2020 at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, Potomac Falls, VA.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:30 AM until 11:30 AM.  Inurnment will take place at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local children and family services or Parkinson’s Research.
