I know Steve through my daughter in law, Lauren, Kate's sister. I have fond memories of family gatherings and how much he loved Vanessa and Kate. I came to learn there is Dallara connection to racing. As a gear head myself, I was fascinated to learn that and talk with Steve about it. We will miss him terribly after this devastating loss and will hold Steve and his family in our hearts forever.
