I have had the pleasure of knowing Richard during
my career. He was a very fine individual and a professional in the work he performed. During retirement, it was always enjoyable to meet up with him at REFIN luncheons, even briefly, to exchange greetings and catch up. Sympathy to his whole family over the loss of a fine man.
