Barbara was a dear friend and my co-teacher at Country Day School for many years. She was a creative, talented, and dedicated teacher who was adored by the children in our classes and their parents. Barb taught young children with love, warmth, compassion, and a sense of humor, and they responded in kind. We had wonderful times together in and out of school, and she used to tease me, with that twinkle in her eye, that I spent more time with her than with my husband. She will be greatly missed by so many people whose lives she touched. My condolences go to her family, whom she often spoke about with so much love and pride.
