You were like a grandmother to me and to others growing up in Reston. I will always remember all the memories I had with you and Jasmine in the Mill. Even though I haven't seen you in years you will always be in my memories. I love you and you'll forever be missed. May you rest in paradise
Wish I could be there. Thanks for always telling me how it is. And for all the time you watched the kids. Will always remember how when The girls did my hair and it was so knotted up you had to get it out. Or having to bribe Donnell with food to get him to come when he was little.

I knew Doris many years ago through adult education classes at Stonegate. I remember her as a kind, friendly, and very intelligent lady. I’m sorry to hear of her passing and send my sympathies to her family and friends.
Doris. my friend, my sister words cannot express how I felt when I heard of your passing. Although we hadn't seen each other for some time, I always thought of you.
