We just got word today. I wish to offer my condolences to the family. I was a classmate at LSH 1960. I will remember Bruce as a fun loving person and enjoyed talking with him at our reunions.
If memory serves me right we ran into each other in Key West. I was in the Navy 10 years and had two tours of duty in Key West assigned to the USS BUSHNELL AS15 the Submarine Tender based there.

We have had a joyful time remembering our time together over the 53 years we all knew each other. I am sorry to see Bruce leave us but I know he is happier and in a much better place. I count it all blessings to have known Bruce and you Dale. Bruce always had so much energy and kindness. Bruce tried to teach us all to play tennis at the school down by Balboa Park, he would get so frustrated at us but never quit!! He would always help anyone to give them a better way to do things. We were thinking about when we moved into our current home 46 years ago and Bruce was right there to help with the furniture and getting everything situated...what we would have done without him I don't know!! There have been so many things! I am thankful for the time we spent with you guys on your last visit here. We enjoyed Mexican food in Old Town and got to see your Gingerbread man that you took around for your grand-daughter. Bruce was so diligent with him making sure that he had many experiences so his grand-daughter Katie would get a good grade!! That was Bruce. So many precious memories that I will never forget.

We will miss Uncle Bruce very much but are rejoicing that he is in Heaven! We look forward to the day we can be with him again. We always enjoyed our visits with him and Aunt Dale. We had a great time visiting D.C. and having him show us around! Lots of great memories! We send our sympathies to Dale, Alicia, Jean and families. We know that the Comforter is with you and will see you through this. God bless you all! Love, Matt, Jennifer, Nathan, Hannah and Seth Morgret

Bruce Morgret, MY friend for 56 yrs., Our friendship started 1964, when we served in the same squadron in KEY West, FL. This happened to be a very dark time in my life and Bruce eased the pain greatly as a dear friend when I needed it the most and we have remained special friends. What I will miss most is our 3 hr. phone conversations because neither knew how to say goodbye. I will always cherish the memories and pictures we took together, when we celebrated our 50yr Friendship. Touring the Northeastern States and Niagara Falls for 11 days.

Uncle Bruce,
We all look forward to spending eternity with you. You are a wonderful spirit in God's church and although we didn't get as much time with you here on earth as we would have liked it will be nice to have all the time to spend with you in heaven. God Bless until we see you again.
Dale and surviving family,
We pray for God to comfort you and know that while we all are believers in Christ and know we will be with Bruce in heaven it is still painful knowing we have to live out the rest of this life without him. We send our deepest sympathy and love during your loss. Bruce is very special to us and he will be missed greatly. God Bless you all.

I recall many uplifting talks about Sara's big brother during my younger years. He has accomplished much during his stay on Earth.
