Dear stranger, I read about Jason and his father’s kind gesture to all of the dogs on his route. I’m so sorry for your loss and can relate. My name is also Ashleigh (spelled the same too!) and I lost my brother just before his 36th birthday in February. Like Jason, my brother Justin also adored his nephews (my sons.) May peace be with all of you and for warmth and healing in 2021. Ashleigh Kiedrowski in memory of my brother Justin Albrecht.

Scott and Cindy: As a neighbor, I watched Jason grow up into the smart, kind, and successful man he became. His generosity of spirit was evident to even the most casual of observers, and his loss is a tragedy impossible to fathom. There are no words to express how saddened I am by the news. May happy memories see you through this difficult time. My deepest sympathies.

Dear Cindy and Scott,
My condolences on you loss. I worked on the same project as Jason these last couple of years.
Jason sat right across from me and was always ready to help and always had a smile. He really was a
great person to work with. I just talked to him at the end of April and discovered he liked trying
hot foods as much as I do and we had a chance to swap hot sauce stories and favorite sauces.
I couldn't believe he and his roommates did the mace chicken wing challenge and I told him about
my 12 year old son and I doing the Paqui one chip challenge. I gave him some bacon wrapped jalapeno
recipes I truly hope he got to try. He will be missed.

Many have been touched by Jason over the years, a man who leaves indelible marks upon those who were a part of his life. Never failing to bring light to a room, a joke, a smile... and a thumbs up. I was lucky enough to be able to call Jason a friend, one of my best friends. While I am at a loss on how to process everything... he WILL forever live on as one of the few people who was there, no question - when he thought others needed him. He was a rare rock in the storm to many. My wife and I will forever cherish our memories of him, and cannot express how saddened we were by the news. If there is anything the family needs, we are here for you.
I could wax poetic about all the good times he and I had, all the jokes, snappy comments, blunt insights, enjoying cooking at various levels of success - but that's going to be a common theme among so many people remembering him... he truly was one of a kind, and such a shining example of how more people SHOULD try to be in life. We think about him daily, and miss him, and will continue to. All our hopes, thoughts, prayers for all of his friends and family.

Cindy and Scott
I remember the night Jason was born, Cindy, you were in labor and I showed up in the room next door having issues with my pregnancy. Scott was so confused to see me there. It seems like Jason and Bobby were destined to be not only cousins but more like brothers. We have so many memories of our kids growing up together, holidays, birthdays, vacations! Jason and Bobby always loved being together whether it was playing in the woods or with legos, or later with computers and gaming. I remember when Jason graduated college and he was trying to decide what to do as a career, I asked him to come intern for me at NEW (now Asurion). I told him I would send him to Microstrategy training and he could learn about Business Intelligence. He did so well, he truly loved it. I moved on and he stayed for 9 years. When he was ready to move on he asked me about other companies he should look at and I said I would send his resume to my friends at Datastrong. I called Andrew Patterson and told him he should hire Jason and he did. Jason loved Datastrong and he was very loyal to them. Jason had a strong work ethic and loved the work he did and the people who managed him. I was incredibly proud of him and how accomplished he was. Jason touched the lives of everyone who had the pleasure of engaging with him. He made us laugh! He loved his family and was not afraid to show it. I will think about him and miss him everyday.

Dear Scott,
I'm sorry I do not know your wife's name but I'lm sending my love to her, as well. I am just so shocked and unbelievably sorry to hear of Jason's passing. I can not imagine anything worse than losing a child.
All the words we send out when there is a death of a loved one always sound so hollow and trite, but those are the words we have and so we must use them. As long as you know that the love and emotion and caring that go with them are real and genuine and heartfelt.
I am not religious, but I hope that you always feel a connection to your son that keeps him close in your heart. That's where our memories live and they will hold you and keep you in all your days ahead.
I send you, your wife, and your family my tenderest and most loving thoughts.
Margie
