Albert G DeLucien
He died September 1st, 2020 at home w/ two of his family around him in Reston, VA. He lived a long and interesting life. He ran his own business doing financial management consulting for small businesses. During the 1960s, he worked with Booz, Allen and Hamilton overseas, mostly in what was then East Pakistan, and in Vietnam from 1969-70. He loved to travel to France, Holland and Belgium.
He was first and foremost, a USMC Veteran from WWII in the South Pacific (1st Mar Div) and served in DC during the Korean Conflict, and a member of the Marine Corps League. He was a licensed private pilot until 2005 and was heavily involved in family, church and charitable organizations. He loved keeping his mind active working on puzzles.
He was pre-deceased by his beloved wife, Alice, his brothers and sister, and his son, Bud DeLucien. He leaves behind 2 daughters, 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Due to COVID, there will be no viewing, and services will be limited to invitation only. His funeral service and burial are scheduled for October 13. He will be buried at Quantico National Cemetery with his wife.
