Robert L. Powell, Sr. (Larry) 81, of Stafford passed away Tuesday December 15, 2020 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Born on May 2, 1939 in Washington D.C. He was the son of the late Howard Powell l and Louise Rose . He is survived by his wife, Mary V. Powell, daughters, Sheila Houston, Tammy Powell, JoAnn VanArsdale and two sons, Robert Powell and Jesse Powell. 9 Grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren one sister and three brothers.
Services will be held at a later date, when it is safe to do so.
