James Murtha McNerney, 82, passed away on October 13, 2009 in Potomac Falls, VA. He is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy Barbara McNerney; father of Kevin, Susan and Neil; grandfather to Colt, Katherine, Erin, Max, Michael, Patrick and Shannon. Family will receive friends on October 16, 2009 from 2-4pm & 6-8pm at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden St., Herndon, VA. A mass will be held on October 17, 2009 at 11:30 am at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, 46639 Algonkian Pkwy, Potomac Falls, VA. The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to Capital Hospice.
