I’m a graduate of GMU and was googling for my old professors’ names to reach out to them and seek some advice about my current career. I’m deeply sorry for finding out about Dr. Holt’s passing. I took three of his classes and was helping him during exams. He was one of the most amazing teachers at GMU and many students were taking his 7:30am class just because of him. He was turning the most complicated concepts to piece of cake while teaching and making sure that everybody learned the subject fully. His bowties and his watch from a happy meal (he mentioned that one of his grandkid gave it as a gift) were all unique about him. I just wanted to say thank you for all of his effort to teach us not only academic wise but also thinking outside of the box, being always cheerful and energetic and valuing family.
