Robert Gerald Karasek (age 81)
Passed away on March 3, 2012 at his home in Potomac Falls, VA. Robert was the beloved husband of 53 years to the late Geraldine Karasek and a loving and devoted father to Valerie and Jackie Karasek of Reston and Robert Karasek, II of Potomac Falls. Robert was the adoring grandfather of Nick, Alex, and Anna Karasek and cherished brother of Joe Karasek, Jan Wagner, Betty Shigley, and the late Helen Antis, all of Chicago, IL. A Korean War veteran and proud Marine, Mr. Karasek dedicated twenty years of service to his country.
A memorial service will take place at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Adams-Green Funeral Home - 721 Elden St. Herndon, VA, 20170. Memorial contributions may be made to Capital Caring, 2900 Telestar Ct., Falls Church, VA 22042. Online condolences may be sent to www.adamsgreen.com
