While I did not know Allen well, I remember him pulling over while I was waiting at the bus stop in high school when he was driving to Langley. Even though he did not know me well either, he stopped and spontaneously offered to give me a ride. I believe this is representative of the kind man he was. A few years back I remember coming into contact with Allen due to our shared interest in app development. I remember messaging back and forth with him about the apps we were working on. From these short talks I could tell he was clearly a creative, driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a talent for bringing people together. Allen was clearly a kind soul who I can tell was loved by many and who will be greatly missed. My sincere condolences to his friends and family.
