Tanner Logan Stack (28) of Sterling, VA passed away from this life on Sunday, June 13, 2021. Born on November 4, 1992, Tanner was the adoring son of Cheryl Sullivan Miller and caring brother of Reed Marshall Miller.
Tanner was a lacrosse player and graduate of Langley High School (C/o 2011) and Alpha Kappa Lambda frat brother at the University of Alabama. Most recently, he was enjoying his newfound passion at Virginia Integrative Health and Hyperbaric where he was an Administrative Assistant to the medical staff.
Tanner’s love for cars was closely followed by this love for his dogs Buddy, Blue, Wiggles, Emma and Yoshi. He delighted in visiting Cape Cod and Mom-mom and Pop-pop in North Carolina – the beach was his haven. Tanner was a kind and loving soul who would give his last dollar to someone in need. He was a good friend and gave his whole heart to those he loved.
In addition to his mother and brother, Tanner is survived by his Grandparents Barbara & Whit Whitcomb and John Earl Sullivan Jr., Aunts: Molly Sullivan Reynolds, Kelly Sullivan, Janet Sullivan, Uncles: John Patrick Sullivan, Michael Douglas Sullivan, Brian John Reynolds, Jaimie Suss Plaza, Cousins: Campbell, Cooper, Annabelle, Callan, Kinley, and Ivy. He is preceded in death by his brother Matthew Stack.
We will forever miss Tanner’s infectious laugh and his fun-loving spirit. Tanner will be greatly missed and will forever be with us in everything we do.
