Harish “Tony” Hemrajani, age 71, of St. Thomas, passed away on June 26, 2021 in Virginia with his loved ones by his side.  Tony was born in India and immigrated to the United States  and Virgin Islands in the 1970s .

He was a dreamer and believer, an entrepreneur, a doting father, a loving husband, and most recently an incredible grandfather to 5 grandchildren. In addition to spending quality time with his family, he enjoyed studying spirituality, traveling, movies, music, politics, and fine dining.

Harish “Tony” Hemrajani loved being a part of the community of the Virgin Islands. He valued every patron, employee, friendship, and fellow business owner. Everyone he crossed paths with he greeted with genuine respect, warm smile, and wished everyone well.

Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 39 years Kanchan, his 3 children, Vishal and wife, Gurveen Hemrajani, Chandini and husband, Matthew Washington, and Kavish Hemrajani, his grandchildren, Jai, Dhillion, and Nyla Hemrajani, and Yara and Zayn Washington, and his brothers, sisters and countless nieces and nephews across the globe.

Attire: In honor of Harish’s impeccable style please look your best. Women should have scarf to cover head during prayer. Men can use handkerchief.
