We all have great memories of Burt- one for me was when we went skiing- after 5 falls, we decided a lesson would help.
By noon, we were riding the chair lift- and snow plowed our way down. Great day!!!

So many memories of shared family times, particularly in Waupaca. Loved when Burt, (my cousin) and his brother, Mike and beloved sister, Karn would brighten up our Christmas when they would travel to Wisconsin to share the holiday with us...so much fun and laughter! And other gatherings with Chuck as well, the whole Koske clan! My son Adam, remembers fishing with Burt on the river, and as the mosquitos began to swarm, Burt lit his pipe so the smoke would ward off them off! I recall many long conversations with Burt, particularly around our family history, he truly was the family historian. I have so many memories of times with Burt from my teen age years throughout adulthood, that I will always treasure, and hold in my heart. Deep peace, and love to you Burt, and all who love him. We are so very sorry to hear about Burt. He was always so welcoming and friendly from our first time at Sons of Norway, and at subsequent meetings we attended. Such a nice man - we will miss his warm smile and goodhearted nature. We send our condolences to the family and are keeping you in our prayers.

I will always have fond memories of Burt. He was a very sweet man, friendly and kind. I knew him through the Sons of Norway, and he made it fun to participate in activities. He will be missed.
