Obituary of Kirsten Joy Groton

Kirsten J. Groton, 49, of Ashburn Virginia on November 6th.  Daughter of Regis H. Turocy and the late Linda Miller  and Step Daughter of Paula Sammarone. Mother of Cade (23) and Schae (19). Sister of Regis P. Turocy (Brittney Potter) and Lauren Gulotta. Aunt of Mason (11) and Asten (9) Gulotta. 

Born to a Naval Officer and as a family traveled to many places from Japan and across the United States. Graduate of Penn State University and an avid Nittany Lion fan. Worked for DCI Consulting Group.

Kirsten was a proud Hockey and Soccer Mom. She was a loving mother, sister, and friend. Her love for life was contagious, and she always lit up any room she walked into. She loved unconditionally and was a blessing in all of our lives.
