Gloria Mae Evans of Sterling, VA passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 11:54 PM.

Born on October 19, 1932 in Washington, D.C. she was the daughter of the late Owen Grover McWilliams and Buelah Mildred Tippett McWilliams.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Billy Joe Evans and her daughter Gail Virginia Evans.

She is survived by her daughter Gloria Jean Steinebach and her two sons Robert Owen Evans and William Michael Evans. Four grandsons: Michael Scott Steinebach, Kristopher Evan Steinebach, Michael Alexander Evans and Stephen Anthony Evans. Four great grandchildren: Olivia Steinebach, Gavin Steinebach, Grayson Steinebach and Lincoln Steinebach.

The family will receive friends at 1pm on January 3, 2022 at Adams Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA. A funeral service will be held at 1:30PM following visitation with Pastor Jon Ulm officiating. Burial will be at 1PM at National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA (703-560-4400).
