Obituary of Patricia Jacqueline Moore

Mrs. Patricia Jacqueline (Reilly) Moore was born on September 7, 1936 in Potsdam New York, she married Albert W. Moore 55 years agoand they have three children, Timothy Scott of San Diego Calif. , Brian Patrick of Ft. gordon Ga. and Carrie Louise (Brancart) of Herndon Va. Pat is also survoved by seven grandchildren Lindsay, Reilly, Kendall, Patrick, Michael, Jack Ryan and Gavin. Although she concentrated on being a homemaker she was very involved in business functions when her husband was President of both the Gleason Works, rochester N.Y. and AMT the Association for Manufacturing Technology, McLean Va. Patricia succumbed to complications from major lung surgery. the Family asks that donations be directed to the american Lung Association. Memorial Services are scheduled for Thursday August 27, 2009 at 3 p.m. at Adams Green Funeral Home 721 Elden St. Herndon Va. were visitation with the family will begin at 2 p.m.
