Obituary of Kevin Neil Goose

Kevin N. Goose, 70, of Herndon, Va. passed away peacefully on February 19, 2022 with his Wife and Son lovingly by his side . Kevin was born on September 2, 1951 to Max and Madeline Goose in Detroit , MI. He is survived by his wife Pam, son Alex and daughter Tricia, as well as Tricia’s husband Anthony Day and their beautiful grandson, Asher Jayden Day , who was born on February 18, 2022.

Kevin has two sisters , Sheila Shnider , and Carole Warner ,both residing in Kentucky. He has a nephew Jeremy Gibson , three nieces , Melissa Shnider Kroth, Stacy Shnider and Nicole Kelsey.

Kevin moved to Cincinnati, Ohio where he started selling Insurance that is where he met Pam . His sister Sheila who worked with Pam introduced him to her .They met in September of 1975, and got married on February 28, 1976 at Beverly Hills Supper club , and Chapel in Northern, Ky.

They were married 9 years before starting their family. They enjoyed traveling to so many places due to Kevin winning Trips from his Companies he worked for . They enjoyed traveling to Italy , Hong Kong , London, and were offered to be Hosts on a Caribbean Cruise.

Kevin spent 20 plus years at Nortel Networks mostly in sales and was VP of sales as he enjoyed a successful career in the Telecommunication industry. He recently retired in 2018 from Tata Consultancy Services . He loved his team and treasured his friendships with all that knew him . Many kept in touch up to the day he passed.

Kevin was an immensely dedicated, loyal , passionate, and hardworking Sales leader who cared about his work, his team and more importantly his family .

Kevin loved trapshooting with his wife’s brother Rick , they were like the brothers they wished they each had.

Kevin was a devoted father, husband, brother and son. He loved his children immensely, always so proud of each of their accomplishments. He carefully guided his children to pursue each of their dreams through their talents , and was always there to offer advice in their lives.

He was so well loved in the neighborhood, always shared fun stories and was always there to help anyone in need .

. He will be forever in our hearts and missed by so many . May you rest in Eternal Peace Kevin.

There will be a Memorial Service to honor Kevin on March 28, 2022 at the Floris United Methodist Church at 2:00 pm
