Obituary of Trudy Lattanze Miller

Trudy Miller, of Ashburn, Virginia, passed away peacefully on February 22, 2022, the day before her 85^th birthday.  Born in Norristown, Pennsylvania, she moved to Arlington, Virginia as a child.  She married Donald Miller; they celebrated their 65^th wedding anniversary this past September. Trudy and Don raised five children, Mary, Lois, Laura, Donny, and Joe. They loved her dearly and will miss her.  She also enjoyed time with her six grandchildren – Sam, Kevin, Mei, Tori, Lila, and Jaden.

In addition to managing her home and family, Trudy used her organizational skills in Girl Scouts, Winnie-the-Pooh preschool, and a Shaklee business.  She worked part-time for ten years at Christ the Redeemer Parish.  Trudy and Don were practicing Catholics and founding members of Christ the Redeemer. Trudy was a vibrant person, enjoying walks in the neighborhood or mall, drives in the country, family vacations with grandchildren, and twenty-five years of water aerobics.  She was a gentle woman, a good listener, and someone who was well-loved by family and friends.
