Obituary of Johnny Lee McGuire

Johnny Lee McGuire, born June 24, 1953 in Athens, Alabama passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at the age of 68, in Leesburg, Virginia. Johnny is survived by his wife Kathy S. McGuire, two children, daughter Kacy G. Martin and son Cody S Grubbs, 2 grand daughters and 3 grandsons.

Johnny was a Deacon at the Dulles Church of Christ in Ashburn, VA where he joyfully served others and Christ. He loved his position as the Senior Pricing Director for SAIC, he loved music and he loved a good cold Sundrop.

There will be a memorial service on Sunday, April 3,2022 at Dulles Church of Christ in Virginia officiated by Jerome Sasanecki. He will then go back home to Athens soil to be laid to rest. His nephew, Eric Reynolds will be officiating, and Dale McElyea will offer thoughts and closing prayer on Sunday, April 10, 2022 for a graveside service at Thatch-Mann Cemetery. McConnells Funeral home is providing the graveside service.
