I join all of us at The Family Place in expressing our condolences to the family and loved ones of Dr. Bussey, our dear friend and wise mentor. The Family Place is a multigenerational family support center and adult charter school in Washington, DC. For many years, Dr. Bussey has given unstintingly of his time, talent, imagination, and energy to further our mission to give the best possible chances to disadvantaged children and their families.
