Obituary of Vira Chernenko

Vira Fedorivna Chernenko was born to Agrepeenya and Fedorov in March of 1939 in Stavyghe village, Ukraine. She graduated from food university with master’s degree in sugar refinery. She met her husband in Crimea, Ukraine, and went to celebrate their gold anniversary in 2012. Despite her commitment to her career, Vira’s main focus was on her family. She was a great cook and a passionate gardener. She was a “cat lady” but adored her white terrier Frisky.

She proceeded by her parents and 3 sisters: Luba, Nadeghda and Valya. Vira is sorely missed by her daughters, nephew and their families, her husband, and her sister.
