On Sunday, November 20, 2022 Howard F. Bolden, Jr. departed this earthly life to spend eternity with God.  Howard was born May 16, 1947 in Washington, DC to Dr. Howard F. Bolden, Sr and Bertha H. Fullum Bolden.  Howard grew up in Washington, DC and was a graduate of Western High School.  After High School, Howard went on to attend George Washington and George Mason Universities.  In 1975 Howard began his Career in the IT field working for the Department of Transportation.  With brief stints working in private industry, Howard spent 30 years in IT Security.  He ended his Government IT career in 2004 as the Director of Computer Security for the Small Business Administration.  After retiring from the Government, he again worked in private industry before fully retiring in 2006.  Howard then devoted his time to his loving wife, golf, travel and photography.  Howard is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Sandra B. Bolden, and a host of family members and friends.  He was preceded in death by his father, Dr. Howard F. Bolden, Sr and his mother Bertha H.
