Judi did outstanding work behind the scenes to keep TRICARE Management Activity's (TMA)Portfolio Planning and Management Division running. She work contracting requests, personnel issues, and managed our internal Operations & Maintenance budget. She ran frontal assaults with TMA contracting folks on Interagency Support Agreements, prepared unfunded requirements to support future contract requirements, wrote the technical requirements for our administrative support contract and lead the source selection panel among all the other duties she was assigned. She continued to work even when she was in severe pain. Her dedication to her work was above reproach. She was embarrassed when someone brought attention to the outstanding work she performed and found it unnatural to toot her own horn under NSPS. I'll miss her as a hard working team member and a friend. May God bless you!
