Joyce was a true classy and sweet person. What a wife, and what a mom. We are all better people for having her and knowing her. She accompanied me in West Berlin, supported me through college, and lived in Italy, Germany, Ukraine, and Bulgaria. She was a part of the Embassy Team--what a woman who built enourmous bonds in the diplomatic community. She travelled throughout Europe, Russian, and North Africa--a true adventurer. We can't forget a mother--the last movement Joyce could do on Sunday was to reach her arms out to hug her loving daughter Nicole. We miss you Joyce and Mom. Love forever, terry and nicole.
