Obituary of Howard Leroy Beach

Howard Leroy Beach Jr.

Leroy Beach, age 86, on December 27, 2022, of Herndon, VA, passed away at Charlotte Hall Veterans Home, Charlotte Hall, MD, after a long stay.

Leroy is preceded in death by his parents Howard and Lucille Beach and his sister Margaret Kulp.

He is survived by his sisters and brothers, Alice Miller, Janet Burger, Wilson Beach, Ruby Lowe, William Beach and Linda Buckley.

Leroy was born on September 16, 1936 and grew up in Herndon, VA.   After school, he joined the Air Force.  When his service duty was over, he worked construction as an Operating Engineer in Chicago, IL with his brother, William and best friend, Billy Burton.  He continued to work as an Operating Engineer until his time of work concluded.

He will be remembered for his dark hair and his big smile!
