Obituary of Faye Lorraine Hill

Faye Lorraine Hill died January 3, 2023 at the age of 87. Born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania on September 26, 1935 she was one of six children. David, Dick, Harvey and Leah preceded her in death. Faye is survived by her sister, Barbara and husband Ronald Lawrence Hill.

Faye was married to the love of her life Ronald Lawrence Hill for 63 years. They were wed June 14, 1959 at the Scranton Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was a loving and devoted mother to her only son, John Andrew Hill, and an inspiration to her beautiful daughter-in-law, Bridget Fairchild Hill. She dedicated her life to her family and especially loved her role as "Grammy". She is survived by three grandchildren: Jessica, Jonathan, Charles and Jessica's husband Joel. Faye is also survived by two great grandchildren, Archer and Zoe. She educated and inspired everyone she met with her strong values, faith and traditions. Her legacy will continue for generations to come. Love you Mom and miss you.

Visitation will be held Monday, January 9, 2023 from 5 to 7:00PM at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden St. Herndon, VA 20170. Services will be held at 12:00 pm  Tuesday, January 10, 2023 in the funeral home chapel. followed by interment at Sterling Cemetery, 45835 West Church Road, Sterling, VA 20164.  A Celebration of her life will be held at John and Bridget's home following the burial.
