Obituary of Dorothy June Royce

Dorothy “June” Royce of Sterling, Virginia passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at Inova Loudoun Hospital surrounded by family.   She was the wife of the late Charles A. Royce, Jr.  She was predeceased by two brothers James W. Daniels, Jr and Ronald L. Daniels and one grandson Gary “Stephen” Kidwell, Jr.

She was the loving mother of Donald F. Royce (Kathy) of Sterling, VA, Cora M. Gardner (Ike) of Hedgesville, WV, Charles M. Royce (Sharon) of Titusville, FL, and Robin A. Kidwell (Gary) of Sterling, VA.  She was the devoted grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.  Also survived by a Brother Danny Daniels (PJ) of Seneca, SC, a sister Paulette Robinson and a sister-in-law Monica Daniels of Gainesville, VA.   

Internment will be at Arlington National Cemetery Columbarium at a later date.
