It was quite a shock to hear of the passing of Rod, and unfortunately I heard about it to attend the funeral and pay my respects. I knew Rod a long time, and through numerous metamorphoses of his and my life. le I wasn't in touch with him over the last decade or so, I have always regarded him as a friend and a good soul. Even in some trying circumstances, Rod exuded a philosophical calm, which always contributed to finding a path forward. My condolences to Christina and to his children and his grandchildren.
